How is your ideal morning routine look like? Do yo How is your ideal morning routine look like? Do you have some key personal rituals which you follow and you transform your day? Swipe left to see mine🙂👉

Our morning emotions vary depending on many things, day responsibilities, good news, bad news, deadlines, stress, happy moments, professional, personal, health, mindset and so on…

This is my ideal morning routine, I am not always succeeding to follow it but I am getting better on this. Somedays, I even add a 25 minutes running and walking training before my breakfast. 🏃🏻‍♂️

I know that some days we don't have the same motivation as other days but… there are those days that you must deliver on your 100% no matter your morning emotional state. 🎯

➡️Today for me is a day like this⬅️

After a long and "full on" week, packed with deadlines and "work work work" , today, I have my first public speaking engagement for 2021. If you know me, you must know how much I LOVE sharing and communicating ideas on stage, and today, in a few hours, I will be moderating an online session on behalf of the @womeninlighting team.
🎤 📸 💡

The day started super slow, pushing me to follow my morning rituals, even thought I haven't slept much and woke up feeling tired. This 20 minute introduction on my day gave me all the energy I needed to get ready. Especially this 5th step of visualizing on fast forward the day 😉 💪🏻

Now I am sharing this post and getting ready for the live.

Share on the comments your favorite ritual from your morning routine 👇👇👇

Hello everyone, first post of 2021 and time for so Hello everyone, first post of 2021 and time for some reflection and a wish for the new year.

Yesterday was my official day back at work after an extended Xmas break. I took some extra time to fully recharge and I am ready to start. It feels pretty good to be your own boss and allow yourself to fully recover when you need it. In a month’s time, I will be completing a full year being self-employed. A huge "jump into the unknown", which I took last February, without ever imagining what would follow.

And I’m deeply grateful that I did.
I am thankful to my former boss who motivated me to be more aligned with my mission and take the risk. I am truly thankful to so many individuals, friends, colleagues and clients, who were there from the beginning, supporting, guiding and trusting me. I am deeply thankful to you and to our interactions here.THANK YOU ALL. 🤗💫

2020 has been a year of discovery for me. First clients, first time management challenges, first pitch failures. Many firsts, but I made the mistake of living in a rush and I didn't allow myself to reflect on each step consciously. That led me to be overwhelmed, overbooked, and super busy. 👎🤯🥴

This time, I will be narrowing down, focusing on the path, saying no, and aiming at being more productive and fulfilled rather than simply busy.🙌💪❤

Time is our most valuable thing after health. Do you agree?

What was your biggest lesson of 2020? Let me know on the comments below ⬇️⬇️⬇️

🔉Are you enjoying the process of setting your X 🔉Are you enjoying the process of setting your Xmas Tree 🎄?

Or are you finding an excuse to avoid it? 🤭

Let me know in the comments below 👇🤗

As some of us are getting ready for a very unique Christmas celebration this year, physically in distance from our beloved friends and families, I would like to reflect and share the biggest lesson I learnt this year:

Deeply appreciate the little things...and take it just one day at a time.🙏
This video is one of my favorite memories of the year, when I got the chance, after many years, to decorate my tree with my mom, brother, Jasmine and Vasilis in Athens. ❤

This quote is my gift to all of you,
"Enjoy the little things in life, because one day you will look back, and realize they were the big things."

I love that. ⤴️

No matter how hard some days can be, let’s stop overloading ourselves, breathe more consciously and slow down in order to be PRESENT during those "little" things.

Love you guys, thank you for being here. 🙏💫
